WHERE EDUCATION MEETS LEGAL EXPERTISE

NAVIGATING THE COMPLEXITIES OF EDUCATION LAW WITH PRECISION

Educational institutions vary from public to private, non-profit to for-profit, primary and secondary school districts, colleges, universities, and charter schools. Often, post-secondary institutions have museums, art collections, foundations, intellectual property and research grants, and athletic programs. All confront accrediting, assessment, and regulatory controls at state and federal levels with additional issues unique to each sector of education.
