Graham specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has extensive trial experience including jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, including contract litigation, class action defense, officer/director liability, legal malpractice defense, product liability, and probate litigation. In helping clients navigate complex litigation matters, Graham frequently collaborates with his colleagues among the Trusts & Estates and Corporate & Business Transactions practice areas to help his clients achieve a desired, holistic result.
Graham has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in the categories of Commercial Litigation, “Bet the Company” Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation/ Class Actions – Defendants, and Arbitration.
