Professional Experience / Bio

Graham specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has extensive trial experience including jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, including contract litigation, class action defense, officer/director liability, legal malpractice defense, product liability, and probate litigation.  In helping clients navigate complex litigation matters, Graham frequently collaborates with his colleagues among the Trusts & Estates and Corporate & Business Transactions practice areas to help his clients achieve a desired, holistic result.

Graham has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in the categories of Commercial Litigation, “Bet the Company” Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation/ Class Actions – Defendants, and Arbitration. He has been a Florida Super Lawyers® designee in the Business Litigation category and has been included in Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” in the Commercial Litigation category. In 2014, Graham was inducted into the “Legal Elite Hall of Fame.” Graham is a board certified in Civil Trial Law. He is a former President of the Jacksonville Bar Association, and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
