Professional Experience / Bio

Wyman is a former Chair of the Firm’s Governmental and Regulatory Law Department. His practice areas include land use, zoning, permitting, developments of regional impact, concurrency approvals, charter amendments and property tax valuation challenges. He has obtained state and local government development entitlements for numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Northeast Florida, and has secured over $30 million in property tax assessment reductions for taxpayers.  In addition to his role with Rogers Towers, he currently represents Florida House District 12 as a State Representative in Tallahassee.
