Jason frequently works with national title insurance companies and their insured clients, handling curative actions to resolve various title issues, including prosecuting and defending real property title disputes. His extensive network of national underwriters, surveyors, appraisers, and title litigation professionals in the title insurance industry uniquely positions him to find solutions for a wide range of title matters.
Recently, Jason coordinated the sale of a complex 2,400-acre real estate assemblage of 34 parcels owned by over 20 individuals and entities. He also advised a client on acquiring and developing a boat manufacturing facility, utilizing a combination of municipal and private grants to cover most of the multimillion-dollar purchase price. Additionally, he successfully closed the sale of a multi-million-dollar office campus comprising five buildings with multiple tenants.
Jason also works with the Business & Corporate Transaction group to assist clients in creating corporate entities for holding real property titles and guides them through the real estate aspects of business sales. He collaborates with the Trust & Estates Group on estate planning and probate issues and works closely with the Litigation department to resolve title disputes, boundary issues, and other real estate-related litigation.
