Brian G. Kelley

ATTORNEY

Professional Experience / Bio

Brian is a member of the Rogers Towers Litigation Department.  He serves clients throughout Florida, representing individuals and nationally renowned businesses across nearly every business sector.  His experience as a formal federal law clerk and practice area expertise offers a unique perspective on potential issues, helping clients navigate challenges proactively.

As a former federal law clerk, Brian brings two valuable skills to every case.  First, his training under some of Jacksonville’s brightest legal minds has honed his exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.  Second, for matters brought in federal court, his institutional knowledge helps clients make better-informed decisions, leveraging his experience to guide them through the complexities of federal courts.

Brian’s approach is centered on providing clear and honest assessments of a client’s situation.  He works closely with clients to identify the best path forward, striving to resolve disputes favorably and quickly, when possible.  Brian emphasizes the importance of involving litigation attorneys at the outset of any business relationship to help avoid or mitigate costly litigation in the future.  Because disputes can arise whenever relationships between people and businesses break down, Brian works with every group within Rogers Towers to provide proactive comprehensive solutions to disputes.
