Professional Experience / Bio

Nawal McDaniel is the chair of Rogers Towers’ Estates & Trusts Department. Nawal principally practices in the areas of wills, trusts and guardianships, the administration of estates and guardianships, and the taxation of estates, gifts and generation-skipping transfers.

In her practice, Nawal works with individuals and families in Northeast Florida, many of whom are local business owners and professionals as well as not-for-profit organizations.  Taking a proactive approach to estate planning, Nawal counsels clients on creating personalized estate plans to meet their needs and goals.  This includes assisting with matters in the areas of taxation of estates, gifts, and generation-skipping transfers.  However, because not all estate planning happens during times of calm, it’s not uncommon for clients to reach out to Nawal during times of crisis and major family events for counsel. Nawal also practices in the area of probate, trust and guardianship administration, and the formation of not-for-profit organizations.

With estate planning, one size does not fit all.  Nawal provides clients high quality, personalized service by listening to her clients and crafting plans that meet their specific needs to address their personal concerns.
