Professional Experience / Bio

Jacy specializes in medical malpractice defense and commercial litigation work for large, non-profit hospitals in civil trial practice.  Jacy also assists large and small businesses, as well as individuals, with all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation settlements through the conclusion of jury trials.

Jacy’s unique specialization and dedication to medical malpractice, she also assists with adjacent healthcare issues for clients being assisted by other practice groups at Rogers Towers.  In working with the Labor & Employment Department, Jacy has assisted with researching and drafting projects within the context of litigation and has provided counsel to employers on their employment practices.  She also works on real estate matters that either threaten or become litigation, including sending demand letters where the goal is to work toward a closing after problems arose, to foreclosure actions.
