Jason serves on the Rogers Towers Board of Directors and is a Shareholder in the firm’s Business and Tax Department. Jason focuses his practice on middle-market mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and regularly consults private companies on entity formation, corporate governance, and general contract and operational matters.
Jason works with individuals and companies of all sizes, including small, family-owned businesses to large, publicly traded entities, at all stages of the company life cycle. His clients are primarily in manufacturing, waste management, infrastructure, professional services, and software/technology industries and often acts as outside general counsel for clients in their day-to-day business needs, organizational set-ups, capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Jason enjoys working with the business-minded attorneys at Rogers Towers to provide zealous advocacy on behalf of each client while also helping clients understand the import of business and legal risks they might encounter during their company’s life cycle.
