Davis specializes in representing lender clients in acquisition, development and construction loan transactions, work-out, and general banking matters as well as all other aspects of commercial real estate. Because no area of law operates in a vacuum, it’s common for Davis to work with the Rogers Towers Litigation Department to provide counsel on default and collection matters. Additionally, Davis regularly interfaces with the Trusts & Estates Department at Rogers Towers to assist trust entities as a borrower or guarantor.
