Professional Experience / Bio

Christine serves on the Rogers Towers Board of Directors and is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Department.  She specializes in representing clients involved in the acquisition, development, sale, and financing of commercial real estate projects.  These projects include neighborhood shopping centers, retail shopping centers, national bank retail branch buildings, office buildings, multi-family residential projects, and residential subdivisions.

Christine also represents lenders in financing and restructuring commercial real estate loans, as well as buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions.  Her practice extends to the representation of landlords and tenants in negotiating office building leases, retail leases, ground leases, warehouse leases, and subleases.  Additionally, Christine advises clients engaged in commercial real estate brokerage activities, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.

Christine works with multiple other groups within Rogers Towers to provide informed and effective counsel to her clients.  She frequently assists the Business and Tax Department with the real estate portions of mergers and acquisitions, interfaces with the Government and Regulatory Department as needed for the sale or development of real estate, and works with the Family Law Department to prepare real estate documents in connection with divorce proceedings.

Throughout her work, Christine strives to be a dealmaker, facilitating transactions that align with her clients’ goals.

Representative Matters

  • Represent national and local developers in their acquisition, development and disposition of commercial developments as well as residential subdivisions.
  • Represent a large publicly traded REIT in its acquisition, development and disposition of various shopping center projects.
  • Represent a large national bank in its acquisition, development, renovation and disposition of retail branch operations.
  • Represent numerous national and regional lending institutions in closing commercial and residential real estate loans including constriction and development loans for a wide variety of projects including the construction of office buildings, condominiums, retail shopping centers and residential subdivisions.
  • Represent landlords in connection with the negotiation and drafting of leases with national and local tenants.
  • Represent high net worth individuals in the purchase and sale and financing of residential real estate.
