Professional Experience / Bio

Narrative description: Jason Rudderman is a member of Rogers Towers’ Business and Tax Department and serves as a member of the Firm’s board of directors.  His practice is focused primarily on middle-market merger and acquisition transactions throughout Florida and the United States.  Jason often acts as an outside general counsel for his clients, advising not only on legal matters but also on day-to-day business needs and strategy, and he has assisted clients with a variety of business combinations, life-cycle events, corporate governance issues, equity grants, private capital raises, lending and employment matters.   Jason represents a diverse client base of companies of all sizes across multiple industries, including infrastructure, waste management, and maintenance of traffic companies, software and mortgage servicing companies, financial advisors, healthcare providers, manufacturing and distribution companies, and real estate development companies. Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida, and magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor and MBA from Florida State University.
