Matthew is a member of the Rogers Towers’ Construction Department. He focuses his practice in the areas of construction litigation, condominium law, planning and zoning and first-party insurance claims. Matthew represents various contractors, subcontractors and homeowners throughout the state with a variety of construction-related matters. Matthew also specializes in representing landlords of commercial and residential properties, homeowner’s associations and condominiums, and public and private corporations, including in assisting in eviction matters.
