JACKSONVILLE, FL, January 7, 2021 - The law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Brandon and Michael Lufkin as new shareholders, effective January 1, 2021, and Jack Holt being formally recognized as a shareholder. 

Adam B. Brandon joined the firm in 2013. Mr. Brandon is a member of Rogers Towers' Litigation department, focusing on areas of complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, liability defense litigation, and banking litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, magna cum laude. Mr. Brandon continues his military service as a Commander in the Navy Reserve.  

Jack E. Holt, III joined the firm in 2020 as a shareholder. Mr. Holt is a member of the Rogers Towers' Business & Tax department, focusing on Health Law. He has extensive experience representing hospital systems, nursing homes, private practices, educational entities, insurance companies, public school systems, and patient safety organizations. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, with honors

Michael J. Lufkin joined the firm in 2019. Mr. Lufkin is a member of Rogers Towers' Labor & Employment department, practicing in all aspects of labor and employment law and representing employers in agency investigations, state and federal single-plaintiff actions, class and collective actions and arbitrations involving issues such as harrassment, discrimination, retaliation, constructive discharge, restrictive covenants, wage claims and breach of contract actions. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Michigan University College of Law.
