E. Carson Lange has joined Rogers Towers as a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Lange will concentrate her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, torts, and civil trial practice.

Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Lange worked for the National Veterans Legal Services Program in Washington, D.C., where she represented veterans in disability litigation before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Before that, she served at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals as a staff attorney, then as law clerk to U.S. Circuit Judge Peter T. Fay.

Lange attended the University of Florida, where she earned both a B.A. in Political Science ( Cum Laude ) and B.S. in Journalism ( Summa Cum Laude ) in 2003. She received her Juris Doctor ( Cum Laude ) in 2006 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

While attending college, Lange served as President of the University of Florida Trial Team; Galleys Editor with the University of Florida Journal of Technology Law & Policy; was the recipient of Book Awards in Trial Practice and Copyright Law; and earned Highest Honors in Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
