Rogers Towers will sponsor and attend the 13th Annual Florida Brownfields Conference, scheduled for Nov. 14 to 17 in Jacksonville. The theme is “Brownfields: Revitalizing The Economy One Community at a Time.”
The Florida Brownfields Association is a non-profit, volunteer, service organization dedicated to assisting in the advancement and implementation of the Florida and National Brownfields Redevelopment programs. Working in cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the association is an assembly of environmental specialists and professionals who provide Brownfields information and redevelopment strategies to communities and the public at-large. Its focus is in the interest of cleaning up contaminated properties and revitalizing areas that have been subject to economic decline.
