Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Mrs. Hodson was a corporate attorney who handled a range of transactions valued in the seven to eight figures. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financing, and a broad array of industries, such as entertainment, aviation, insurance, technology, and digital media.
