Matthew Tonuzi is a member of the Rogers Towers’ construction department. He focuses his practice in the areas of construction litigation, condominium law, planning and zoning and first-party insurance claims. Mr. Tonuzi currently represents various contractors, subcontractors and homeowners throughout the state with a variety of construction-related matters. Mr. Tonuzi also specializes in representing landlords of commercial and residential properties, homeowner's associations and condominiums, and public and private corporations.
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Rogers Towers, Mr. Tonuzi’s primary practice was focused on complex tort, commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Tonuzi has successfully represented various general contractors, subcontractors and developers throughout the state in multi-million dollar condominium and custom home construction defect claims from pre-suit negotiations, mediations, trial and appeal.
